The BRABUS XLP 800 6x6 ADVENTURE takes the characteristic BRABUS WIDESTAR design language to a new level. Transforming the iconic five-door G-Class into a six-wheel-drive pickup required a complete reimagining of its architecture. The steel ladder frame was extended by 153 centimeters (60.2 inches) with a bespoke, ultra-rigid steel module, developed using advanced simulation technology to withstand extreme torsional forces. This innovation accommodates the four rear suspension assemblies and a custom-length drive shaft—the structural foundation for an entirely unique class of high-performance off-roader.

A new rear wall with a heated window, positioned directly behind the rear seats, offers an unobstructed view into the bespoke XLP cargo bed—and the striking BRABUS frame finished in red. The cargo bed itself was made from high-grade pre-preg carbon fiber with integrated, lockable storage compartments.

From every angle, the XLP 800 6x6 is an absolute showstopper. The bold BRABUS front fascia features a carbon-fiber radiator grille surround and a skid-plate-style lower element concealing a heavy-duty winch capable of pulling up to 4,500 kilograms (9,920 lbs). The carbon fiber BRABUS power dome hood and wind deflector above the windshield guide airflow toward the full-length Adventure roof rack, where three integrated LED light bars illuminate the terrain in front of the vehicle by night.

The carbon fiber BRABUS WIDESTAR fenders are fitted with integrated LED lights that perfectly illuminate the running boards. The entry lights are activated together with the BRABUS logo in the design components behind the front fenders and the underbody lights when a door handle is pulled or the central locking system is operated via Keyless Go when approaching the vehicle. In the rear, a carbon element on the tailgate with recessed BRABUS logotype and the BRABUS rear fascia, likewise fitted with a carbon skid plate, round off the look.

The BRABUS XLP 800 6x6 ADVENUTRE naturally also features a sophisticated, powerful engine configuration in form of a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8, meticulously enhanced with two BRABUS high-performance turbochargers delivering up to 1.6 bar of boost. Precision-engineered injection, boost pressure control and ignition mapping unleash 588 kW / 800 hp (788 bhp) at 6,600 rpm, while an immense 1,000 Nm (737 lb-ft) of torque surges through the powerband from just 3,600 rpm.

The power is transmitted by a sophisticated nine-speed automatic transmission, operated automatically or with race-inspired precision via BRABUS carbon paddle shifters. Power flows to all six wheels with the support of high-performance MOTUL lubricants, ensuring maximum reliability even in the most extreme conditions.

From a standstill, the six-wheel powerhouse sprints to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 5.8 seconds. Electronically limited to 210 km/h (130 mph) due to its all-terrain tires, the XLP 6x6 offers unrelenting performance both on and off-road.

The driving experience is further amplified by the BRABUS stainless-steel high-performance sports exhaust system, complete with actively controlled butterfly valves. Conquering the world’s most demanding terrain begins with next-level engineering. The BRABUS XLP 800 6x6 ADVENTURE employs a state-of-the-art portal axle system on all three axles, with a fully independent front suspension designed for maximum clearance and durability. At the core of this purpose-built setup are custom BRABUS wheel hubs with integrated offset gearboxes, increasing ride height to 47 centimeters (18.6 inches) of ground clearance.

Every component—from the wheel hubs to all control arms, the integral front suspension support and the axle housings of the twin rear portal axles—is precision-milled from high-strength billet aluminum. Each piece is finished in a striking BRABUS red to visually complement the reinforced frame and underscore the XLP’s 1-Second-Wow DNA.

Developed in close collaboration with suspension specialist KW, the titanium-coated aluminum BRABUS special suspension is likewise tailor-made for the unique six-wheel architecture. All six struts are meticulously calibrated for the vehicle’s weight distribution and elevated stance, while adaptive damping—adjustable directly from the cockpit—allows the driver to fine-tune the ride for any terrain or driving style.

The BRABUS XLP 800 6x6 ADVENTURE is equipped with BRABUS Monoblock HD forged wheels, developed exclusively for the heavy-duty portal axle design. Measuring 9.5J x 22 and featuring a robust eight-bolt pattern, these wheels are engineered for extreme strength and load capacity. Paired with massive 325/55 R 22 all-terrain tires, they fill the WIDESTAR exposed-structure carbon fenders to perfection—delivering maximum traction no matter where your adventure may take you.

Tailored in perfect harmony with the vehicle’s exterior, the cockpit and rear cabin are covered in the finest black leather. Every contour reflects absolute precision—from the meticulously stitched BRABUS “Dual Cube” quilting on the seat surfaces to the perfectly aligned perforations that ensure seamless integration of seat climate control. This signature pattern extends to the inner door panels, sun visors and the leather-trimmed center strip of the Dinamica microfiber headliner, creating a visual and tactile Masterpiece design.
